Just Bioforms

Initially I wasn't going to photograph the Bioforms because they were going to be displayed physically in the exhibition, buried in soil within a floor board. However, due to Covid-19 the exhibition will not be able to happen, so the next best thing is to try and capture them in the best way possible.

I wanted to reimagine the sculptures, take away any reference of scale so that they could act alternatively. To my surprise the shots looked really quite sensual and pleasing. The interaction of the sculptures seemed to give them more human like qualities. I really do also love the close up photographs but don't have enough in focus so that is going to be the next shoot.
